Dextro Energy Liquid Gel

Liquid Gel je koncentrat kratkoverižnih ogljikovih hidratov, ki so v telesu hitro na voljo. Liquid Gel je še posebej primeren za uporabo med športnimi aktivnostmi, zaradi tekoče konsistence pa ga je mogoče zlahka zaužiti tudi med intenzivnim fizičnim naporom.

Uporaba: 1 vrečka na vsakih 20–45 minut.

GU Energy Gel

GU Energy Gel Zagotavlja kalorije z visoko energijsko vrednostjo v praktičnem pakiranju, ki pokriva energijske potrebe pri vseh trajanjih in vrstah aktivnosti. GU energijski gel vsebuje 100 kalorij ter uporablja maltodekstrin in fruktozo za učinkovito oskrbo z energijo in zmanjšanje želodčnih težav. GU športnikom zagotavlja odmerek 100 kalorij v obliki patentirane mešanice ogljikovih hidratov (70–80 % maltodekstrina in 30–20 % fruktoze), da zagotovi visokokakovostno, lahko prebavljivo in dolgotrajno energijo za športnike v vseh športnih panogah in na vseh ravneh. GU vsebuje tudi elektrolite za zagotavljanje zadostnega vnosa tekočine, mešanico antioksidantov za preprečevanje poškodb mišičnega tkiva ter mešanico aminokislin za upočasnitev mišične utrujenosti.

Uporaba: Priporočljivo je zaužiti en gel 15 minut pred naporom, nato pa vsakih 30 do 45 minut med treningom. Poleg tega je treba na uro zaužiti 750 do 1000 ml tekočine.

226ERS High Energy Gel 

High Energy Gel je energijski gel, v katerem je glavni vir ogljikovih hidratov ciklodekstrin, ogljikov hidrat nove generacije, ki učinkoviteje izboljša obnovo glikogena. Vrečka gela s 76 g vsebine in 200 kcal vsebuje 50 g ogljikovih hidratov v razmerju 1:1 med kompleksnimi in enostavnimi ogljikovimi hidrati.

Uporaba: Med treningom lahko po potrebi zaužiješ do 2 vrečki gela na uro z 300 ml vode. // Okusi češnja in espresso kava s kofeinom: Med treningom lahko po potrebi zaužiješ do 1 vrečko gela na uro z 500 ml vode. Vedno ostani hidriran.

High5 Energy Gel

Energy Gel je gel, ki ni preveč sladek in ima lahkotno konsistenco, zaradi česar ga je enostavno nositi s seboj. Ker je izdelan iz naravnega sadnega soka, ima tudi odličen okus! Vsak vrečki se enostavno odpre in pogoltne ter zagotavlja 23 g energije iz ogljikovih hidratov. 

Uporaba: gel » Energy Gel « je namenjen uživanju pred in med treningom. Odtrgaj zgornji del vrečke in gel popij neposredno iz vrečke. Med treningom zaužij do tri vrečke na uro, manj pa, če uporabljaš tudi športno pijačo.

Potem bi moral poskusiti PowerBar PowerGel® Hydro. Zahvaljujoč C2MAX Dual Source Carb Mix zagotavlja ogljikove hidrate v znanstveno razvitem razmerju 2:1 med viri glukoze in fruktoze. Tekoča konsistenca gela omogoča enostavno zaužitje in ne zahteva takojšnjega popivanja, kot je to značilno za druge gele. Idealno za tekače ali športnike, ki imajo raje bolj tekoče gele.

Uporaba: Po potrebi zaužijte 1 vrečko v rednih časovnih presledkih med treningom. Okus brez kofeina: 1–4 vrečke na dan. Okusi mojito in češnja: 1–3 vrečke na dan. Okus kola: Pri intenzivni športni aktivnosti zaužijte 1 vrečko na dan.

Xenofit Energy Gel

Koncentriran ogljikovodikov gel za športnike. Energijski gel za športnike – smiselna kombinacija kratko- in dolgoveznih ogljikovodikov z vitaminoma B2 in B6. Energijski geli vsebujejo visoko koncentrirane mešanice ogljikovodikov. Enkratni odmerek 25 g na gel palico se je izkazal za učinkovitega tako pri treningu kot na tekmah. Praktično ovojno vrečko z gelom je mogoče enostavno odpreti z eno roko. Gel ohrani prijetno konsistenco tudi v hladnem vremenu. Vitamin B6 med drugim prispeva k zmanjšanju utrujenosti in izčrpanosti.

Uporaba: Pred in med športno aktivnostjo. 4 palčke na dan z obilo vode (vsaj 200 ml na palčko). Pri visoki obremenitvi do 10 palčk dnevno.
