Requirements and important details
To qualify for the price guarantee, the following must apply:
- Only valid for products with a price guarantee label
- The item must be identical (brand, model, color, size, etc.)
- Only available to private customers (no commercial requests)
- The competing retailer must be an EU-based online shop and financially stable
- The product must be in stock and publicly available on the retailer’s website
- The item must be new, undamaged, and in its original packaging
- Standard quantities only
- Requests must be submitted within 30 days of your purchase from BIKE24
- Discount campaigns, volume discounts, and individual vouchers are excluded
The price guarantee does not apply to:
Marketplace offers (e.g. eBay, Amazon Marketplace), B-grade or refurbished products, retailers requiring login to view prices, and offers with financing or leasing options.
For deliveries within the EU, the price guarantee is based on the net sales price – differences in VAT between delivery countries are not taken into account.
