Ta energijska ploščica s svojo optimizirano sestavo ogljikovih hidratov, maščob in beljakovin izpolnjuje sodobne zahteve za športne ploščice. Energijska ploščica Xenofit podpira priporočilo DGE (Nemškega društva za prehrano), da naj bi več kot 50 % energijskih potreb pokrivali ogljikovi hidrati. Pomemben sestavni del vseh okusov so ovseni kosmiči. V izdelku ni dodanih maščob za izboljšanje okusa niti umetnih barvil. Poleg tega Xenofit energy bar vsebuje pomembne vitamine in minerale, zlasti vitamine B1, B2, B6 in niacin, ki so potrebni za energetski metabolizem, ter »športni mineral« magnezij in »kostni mineral« kalcij. Magnezij med drugim prispeva k zmanjšanju utrujenosti in izčrpanosti. Kalcij je potreben za zdrave kosti.
Uporaba:
Eno uro pred športno aktivnostjo in med njo. 1–4 ploščice na dan, po potrebi tudi več.
